We loved our visit here. The room was clean and large. The pull out sofa was more comfortable than most. The hotel is pet friendly but the fee for a dog is currently $200, which is steep.
However, you can't beat the location. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff kept pace with the crowd.

The rooms are nicely appointed and offer nice space for your belongings. Oceanfront views are amazing and definitely worth staying here. Boardwalk and beach access. Indoor and outdoor pool. Complimentary breakfast and dining area. Service is excellent. Everyone was friendly. The hotel is clean. The balcony is very spacious. Walk in shower with a handle bar (very rare in most hotel showers) a nice touch . They provide non slip shower mats also a nice touch. In room coffee maker.

Great hotel with good service and cleanliness overall. Yummy delicious breakfast spread every morning was worth it, albeit the menu remains pretty much the same across weekdays.
Parking is $10 per night. Accessible entrance and stroller friendly throughout.
They have an onsite bar and restaurant if you prefer being indoors or if its too cold to be outside.
This is right on the boardwalk, perfect location, and good amenities overall.
They have a mini gym, open 24 hours. Water, microwave, and ice is available on alternate floors.
What really stands out, though, is the Room with a View strategically located right on the beach / Boardwalk. The view from the balcony in the room is to die for. Note that there are different types of rooms understandably, but the ones marked as Oceanfront have a really mesmerizing and tranquil view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The bed, pull out sofa, and overall room decor was very nice. The bathroom was very clean a d well maintained.
The only downside is the so-called indoor heated pool, which was anything but heated. The water was not very clean. It was cold and definitely needs better maintenance. 1 star less just for the lack of a usable indoor pool. Considering the hotel is well maintained overall, the pool being cold and unclean was unexpected. The outdoor pool is available to use during peak summers only.
